Registration on the Home Renovation Program Contractor (Supplier) Registration List operated by ÉMI Nonprofit Kft. can be initiated by filling out the registration form and declaration available on the ofp.emi.hu website.

In the event of a positive assessment, the business will immediately be added to the Registration List, from where it can be selected by retail customers.

The contractor (supplier) that is included in the Contractor (Supplier) Registration List of ÉMI Nonprofit Kft. is entitled to receive a supplier advance exceeding 50% of the financing amount of the Home Renovation Program, and by registering, participants in the program can choose from the published list, taking into account the geographical conditions and the activities of the registered enterprise.

Only if you register as an integrator company. Not required as a specialist contractor or general contractor. In the case of an integrator role, the condition is that the company must have 1 person with TÉ authorization in any legal relationship to perform energy certification activities.

In the case of an enterprise acting as an integrator, it is necessary to declare the existence of a specified number of qualified TÉ (energy certification) specialists for the number of constructions and construction contracts undertaken (see: Contractor Registration Call, Section 2.2).

Employment in "any form of legal relationship" means employment under an employment contract, an agency contract, and a subcontract.

The primary eligibility criterion for registration is that the registering enterprise must have had the given TEÁOR number among its activities for at least 1 year prior to the moment of registration. If this is not met, it cannot register for that activity.

If the business has an activity with the given TEÁOR number among its areas of activity, it is entitled to perform the activity and issue an invoice for the activity performed.

Therefore, the entitlement cannot be fulfilled by involving a subcontractor.

Yes, it is possible to involve a subcontractor to perform the construction tasks; however, in this case, the registering company must also comply with the TEÁOR requirements in section 2.1 f) of the Eligibility Conditions.

The contractor registration form includes a presentation of references, where the enterprise proves its experience by providing previous reference data related to the undertaken activity(ies), which can be verified by ÉMI NKft. In addition to providing reference data, it is possible, but not mandatory, to attach a photo and/or reference certificate. The registering entrepreneur is not required to compile separate documentation for this purpose.

There is no registration interface for businesses that only perform energy certifications, so registration is not possible in this case.

Yes, if your business registers on the ofp.emi.hu site as a contractor. (So the two registrations are independent of each other.)

It is only possible to register as a general contractor if the enterprise can meet the eligibility requirements for all specialist tasks of the investment.

The final Contractor (Supplier) Registration Call is available directly on the ofp.emi.hu site under "Information, documents". The call includes the eligibility and other conditions for registration as a contractor, as well as the range of documents to be attached during registration.

Please send a written request to the following e-mail address kivitelezoiregisztracio@emi.hu, indicating the exact name and tax number of the company registered with the incorrect e-mail address, to delete your previous registration from the system. After deletion, you will be able to initiate a new registration on the ofp.emi.hu site with the correct data.

During the Home Renovation Program, the KEHOP Plusz_4.1.8_24_ML153U_Budget_and_Statements or KEHOP Plusz_4.1.7_24_ML153U_Budget_and_Statements files, which are mandatory for submitting a loan application, automatically generate the contractor contract between the Loan Applicant and the contractor.

We would like to inform you that construction (contract) contracts concluded before January 1, 2025 - based on the previously effective 'Contract Contract for the Implementation of Home Renovation Program Residential Energy Efficiency Investments (RRF-REP-10.13.1-24)' - will remain in force.

An authorized representative and the submission of a power of attorney are only required if someone other than the company's official representative acts in relation to the submission of the Contractor (Supplier) Registration Application.

If the official representative is acting, please select the option "No authorized representative, the official representative of the company will act during the registration".

The completion of the deficiencies is done on the interface opened via the link in the letter inviting you to complete the deficiencies. If our deficiency letter requests the attachment of documentation by e-mail, please send the document(s) to the following e-mail address kivitelezoiregisztracio@emi.hu, indicating the name, tax number and unique registration identifier of the registering company.

According to sub-point o) of section 2.1) of the registration call:

"The registering contractor must have at least three references in the field of work undertaken, completed in the past two years. The references are provided on the data sheet based on the contractor's declaration, indicating the following data: client's name, telephone number, e-mail address, value of the assignment, duration and technical content."

The Call therefore does not contain any additional stipulations regarding references, meaning that not only previous home renovation references, but also any other references that comply with the above point are acceptable in relation to the chosen investment element.

FWe also draw your attention to the fact that the last two years, in terms of references, mean the last two closed business years.

Whether you are entitled to register your business in the Program is not primarily determined by the existence of the related professional qualifications (masonry specialist), but by whether the scope of activities of your business in the effective company extract of your business (in the case of a sole proprietorship, in the sole proprietorship register) includes the TEÁOR code (column 1) required for the performance of the given investment element, according to the tables of sub-points i. – iiiv. of the Eligibility Conditions of the Contractor Registration Call 2.1, which was registered at least one calendar year prior to this registration and is also included among the activities at the time of registration. (In the case of multiple activities, the condition must be valid for at least 1 activity.)

It is important that you complete your registration in accordance with your business's capacities and privileges.

In this case, you probably did not enter the correct chamber ID during registration. As stated in the relevant section of the registration interface (“Contractor registration number (KIVREG)”) under the field to be filled in, the chamber registration number format is 00A00000 or 00B00000 (0=digit, i.e. 2 digits, one letter A or B and 5 digits).

On the registration interface, at this point, in the sentence “Comparison of the KIVREG number given on the registration form with the Chamber Registration System registration.”, by clicking on the linked link (blue font, underlined part), the page of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and within it the Chamber Registration System interface, will open. Here, after entering the tax number of the company to be registered in the “Search for Contractor” – “Tax number registration number” section, and after selecting “active contractors” in the “Scope” section at the bottom of the page, by clicking on the “Search” button, the company will appear in the results (if the company has previously been registered with the chamber). Here, under the name of the company, the 8-digit chamber registration number, which must be entered during registration, will be found in the first line.

If you do not yet have this registration number, please complete the chamber registration based on the information provided on the MKIK website via the following information interface: https://mkik.hu/altalanos-tajekoztato-2.

You can modify your data related to your existing registration at any time by submitting a data modification request.

You can do this in an official request signed by your company (which includes the exact name of the company, its tax number and the unique identifier obtained during the contractor registration), in which you must detail which data(s) need to be modified regarding your existing registration.

It is important to clearly and precisely explain and name at which point of the registration you are requesting to modify which data and for what purpose.

When formulating your request for modification, please be clear and precise in accordance with the provisions of the Contractor (Supplier) Registration Call.

• If the modification affects an activity to be undertaken (e.g. the TEÁOR number of all activities to be undertaken was not included during registration), please provide the exact name of the newly included activity(ies) (with the exact name according to the “Home Renovation Program” Contractor (Supplier) Registration Call) and TEÁOR code in the application, and also state whether the registered enterprise complies with the requirements of Section 2.1) Eligibility Conditions of the Contractor Registration Call with respect to the newly intended activity(ies).
  If the amendment affects a six-digit TEÁOR, please note that during registration, when selecting the six-digit TEÁOR code on the registration interface, you declare the following: "I declare that my business actually carries out the following activity, continues it in practice, and I undertake to record this in the system of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry."
  Therefore, if the modification affects a six-digit TEÁOR code, please make a declaration about the above in the modification request, and if the undertaken sub-activity (six-digit TEÁOR code) is not yet listed in the Chamber Registry System of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry under the "Activity Areas" in the registered company data, please ensure that it is included immediately.
• If the modification is necessary in the territorial scope of the work, in terms of the counties and districts undertaken, please also list the newly intended counties or counties to be added or deleted and the districts to be taken/deleted belonging to the counties in the letter, one by one.
• If the request for modification concerns a telephone number or e-mail address, please specify exactly at which point in your registration you are requesting the modification of the data, as you can provide a telephone number/e-mail address at several points in the registration interface (such as data of the official representative of the registering company, data of the contact person of the registering company, data appearing in a public database).
  Please clarify in your modification request where in the registration interface the phone number/email address needs to be modified.

The modification request, compiled in accordance with the above and duly signed, must be sent to the following e-mail address: kivitelezoiregisztracio@emi.hu e-mail címre kell megküldeni.

Based on the request compiled in accordance with the above, after checking the newly provided data, the requested modification(s) will be made through the registration interface, and the contact person will be notified by email.

If, after returning the form, it turns out that you have provided incorrect/incorrect data during the form filling, please notify our Customer Service by e-mail at kivitelezoiregisztracio@emi.hu, indicating your registration ID (consisting of five letters and five digits) received during registration. Based on your e-mail, you will receive another request to fill in the form, in which we ask you to correct the incorrect/incorrect data.

If you have a "zero" tax certificate issued by NAV, please send your tax certificate to the e-mail address kivitelezoiregisztracio@emi.hu, indicating your registration identifier consisting of five letters and five digits.

You can request a new password in the “Password Reminder” section. When you request a password reminder via the registration page, the system generates a new, unique (secure) password for you each time. It is not possible to change the password generated by the system, this is a system security issue. You can always enter the registration interface with the password generated last by the system.

If you still cannot replace your lost password, please send a written request with a company signature to kivitelezoiregisztracio@emi.hu, indicating the exact name of the registered company, its tax number, and the unique identification number received during registration, to request that your previous registration be deleted from the system.

Once the deletion has been completed, we will notify you by email. You will then have the opportunity to initiate a new registration on ofp.emi.hu.

You can find the chamber registration number (KIVREG number) to be provided during registration on the website of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Here, after entering the tax number of the company to be registered in the "Search for Contractor" - "Tax number registration number" section and selecting "active contractors" in the "Scope" section at the bottom of the page, the company will appear in the results by clicking the "Search" button. Under the company name, the first line contains the 8-digit chamber registration number (the character format of which is: 00A00000 or 00B00000 /0=digit, i.e. 2 digits, one letter A or B and 5 digits/), which must be entered during registration.

If you do not have this identifier, please complete the chamber registration based on the information provided on the MKIK website via the following information interface: https://mkik.hu/altalanos-tajekoztato-2.

According to point f) of the section 2.1 Eligibility Conditions of the Contractor Registration Call: “In connection with the performance of the activities of the enterprise, it is expected that, based on the effective company extract (in the case of a sole proprietor, based on the register of sole proprietors), the following TEÁOR code (column 1) has been registered among the activities of the enterprise at least one calendar year prior to this registration and is also included among the activities at the time of registration. (In the case of multiple activities, the condition must be valid for at least 1 activity.)”

According to the above point:

• The four-digit TEÁOR codes related to the activities undertaken must be included in the registered company's valid company extract (in the case of a sole proprietorship, in the sole proprietorship register).
• Regarding four-digit TEÁOR codes, it is a requirement that an activity with a given TEÁOR number has been listed in the company extract for at least 1 calendar year prior to registration.

Regarding the six-digit TEÁOR codes, you must declare the following in the relevant section of the registration interface: "I declare that my business actually carries out the following activity, continues it in practice, and I undertake to record this in the system of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry."

So, if the enterprise actually carries out the activity indicated by the six-digit TEÁOR code, it must select “yes” in this section on the registration interface. Based on this, it is entitled to register as a contractor and has the opportunity to immediately include the six-digit TEÁOR code in its scope of activity in the Chamber Registry System of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (https://mkik.hu/altalanos-tajekoztato-2 after registration.

The above rule applies to both individual and corporate registrants.

Following a rejected registration – if the reason for the rejection has ceased to exist – you have the option to submit a new registration on the ofp.emi.hu page.

According to point f) of the Contractor Registration Call Chapter 2.1 Eligibility Conditions: “In connection with the performance of the activities of the enterprise, it is expected that, based on the effective company extract (in the case of a sole proprietor, based on the register of sole proprietors), the following TEÁOR code (column 1) has been registered among the activities of the enterprise at least one calendar year prior to this registration and is also included among the activities at the time of registration. (In the case of multiple activities, the condition must be valid for at least 1 activity.)”

The above point applies to the registering company, i.e. the registering company may only fulfill the eligibility conditions related to TEÁOR codes set out in point f) of Chapter 2.1 of the Call on its own, and not by involving a subcontractor. For this reason, it is not entitled to register as a general contractor, only as a specialist contractor.

You can request the technical deletion of your registration in the Contractor (Supplier) Registration List if you registered with an incorrect e-mail address (e.g. there was a typo in the e-mail address used for registration) and the e-mail confirming the registration does not arrive in your mailbox.

In this case, you must request the deletion by sending an email to kivitelezoiregisztracio@emi.hu, indicating the exact name and tax number of the company registered with the incorrect email address. After the deletion, you will have the opportunity to initiate a new registration on ofp.emi.hu with the correct email address.

You can request the archiving of your registration in the Contractor (Supplier) Registration List if your business registration has already been submitted through the registration interface (i.e. it has a submitted, pending or accepted status and has a registration ID), but in the meantime you have decided that you do not wish to participate in the Home Improvement Program as a registered contractor with your business.

In this case, you can initiate the archiving of your registration in a company-signed request, which must include the name of the registered company, its tax number and its registration identifier consisting of five letters and five digits. The archiving request must be sent to the e-mail address kivitelezoiregisztracio@emi.hu.
